“ La Chaîne is committed to aiding in the development of young chefs. To that end we sponsor an annual competition. This competition: “The Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs Competition” is held locally in each Bailliage. The local winner competes for the Canadian championship at our annual Grande Chapter, held each year in October. The National winner is sponsored to participate in the annual international competition held each fall. For a fascinating overview please visit competitions.chainedesrotisseurs.com
