Chaîne – 2019 Induction and Black Tie Dinner

Please join us on Sunday, October 27th for our most glittering event of the Chaîne calendar year – our annual Chaîne Intronisation, Dinner and Celebration, which this year returns to the elegant Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. This special evening marks our opportunity to come together to welcome new members and honour old friends, and will be followed by a sumptuous multi-course dinner with wine pairings custom-prepared for our enjoyment by one of our newest Chaîne professional member inductees, Executive Chef Colin Burslem.

In addition to being our celebration of welcome for our new members, this evening will mark two special milestones. First, it will be our opportunity to formally welcome the new Bailli Délégué du Canada

M. Tony Catanese. It will also be our opportunity to thank outgoing National Bailli, M. David Tetrault, for his 28 years of service to advancing the Chaîne in Canada. Further, this event allows us to recognize and honour the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, which has been a professional member establishment of the Vancouver Bailliage for more than 40 years and this year celebrates its 80th anniversary.
