Please join with your fellow members of the Vancouver Bailliage of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs as we celebrate the commencement of our 2019 fall season with an exceptional dinner at an equally exceptional restaurant. On Monday, September 9th, our own Vice-Conseiller Culinaire and Chef/Owner Scott Jaeger will host members of la Chaîne at his award-winning The Pear Tree.
Chef Jaeger’s custom menu, created expressly for the enjoyment and appreciation of our Chaîne members, will be complemented by fine wines from the Chaîne cellar as selected by Chef together with Vice-Conseiller Gastronomique Bob Charlton.
Over the years, Scott and his wife and partner Stephanie have developed their intimate Burnaby Heights restaurant into a world-renowned culinary destination and one of the top restaurants in Canada. We are proud, too, to acknowledge Scott’s ongoing role in both mentoring exceptional young culinary talents and advancing our Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs program in Vancouver.
It has been five years since we last dined with Scott and Stephanie, and it again promises to be a night to remember.
