A Taste of Alsace at Le Crocodile.

Once every year, Le Crocodile’s chef/owner Grand Maître Rôtisseur Michel Jacob turns his thoughts and his kitchen
to the timeless dishes that for him represent the unmistakable taste of home – the warm, rich, hearty cuisine of his native Alsace.

Please join us as Chef Jacob, together with his superb culinary team and front-of-house staff, treat us to something truly special – a traditional Alsatian dinner, featuring a variety of regional dishes including the cornerstone of Alsace’s cuisine – choucroute garnie – tender cabbage slow-cooked in wine together with smoked meats. When it comes to comfort food with a touch of elegance, this incredible meal will be hard to beat, with each course coupled with a delicious wine.

This very special dinner marks the first time La Chaîne and the International Wine & Food Society will dine together in the spirit of friendship and conviviality. Welcome one and all.
