Spring is just around the corner! Even now, snowdrops and crocuses are starting to bloom and with their welcome return has come the promise that things will get better soon. So let’s celebrate!
Please join us on the first day of Spring (Sunday, March 21st) for a fun, laid-back, virtual get-together on Zoom as we explore a selection of fine BC artisan cheeses from leading producers around the province. Our Bob Charlton has pulled together six different BC-produced cheeses representing a range of different cheese styles that will come to you complete with some tasty complements along with two fine BC wines (sourced direct from the wineries) that are perfect for pairing.
The cheeses and wines will be delivered to you on Saturday, March 20th in preparation for our Zoom tasting, which will take place on Sunday, March 21st from 2 pm to 4 pm.
This is going to be a delightful way to get together, reconnect with our Chaîne friends and welcome Spring. I hope to see you there. This online event is limited to 30 participants so I invite you to book early to avoid disappointment. – Mme AnnCollette, Bailli
