Hamid Salimian,newly inducted Maitre Rotisseur and Executive Chef of “The Apron”, a gem of a restaurant at this lovely new hotel, is looking forward to hosting members of the Chaine and their guests to a unique 7-course dinner.
Your council recently held a meeting and dinner at this establishment and were blown away with the creativity and innovations displayed in each of Hamid’s dishes.
