It is with the greatest pleasure that I extend this special invitation to you to join us for the 2018 Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Intronisation & Dinner. This elegant black tie event is very much a highlight of our calendar year as we welcome our new members to the Chaîne family, this year made all the more special by our return to the beautiful Westin Bayshore Hotel under the direction of our very own Maître Hotelier Martin Leclerc.

Westin Bayshore Executive Chef (and new professional inductee) Geoff Carkner and his team will be preparing a selection of delectable courses, each paired with our customary selection of lovely wines.

The evening will begin at 5:15 pm sharp with the Intronisation of new members by Bailli Délégué du Canada M. David Tetrault, followed by a sparkling reception and dinner prepared expressly for our enjoyment by newly inducted Maître Rôtisseur Carkner. Please join us as we celebrate the pleasures of the table and the warm camaraderie of our wonderful group. See you there!
