Join us for a simply sumptuous summer dinner, featuring the authentic Italian cuisine of award-winning Chef Adam Pegg. Already well-known to many of our members, Chef Pegg’s restaurant, La Quercia, has been honoured many times for culinary excellence, including being voted Restaurant of the Year in 2011. Chef has built his considerable reputation on making the most of fresh, seasonal ingredients, which makes the timing of this event – with so many ingredients at their summer peak – especially perfect. This event will mark a refreshing departure from typical dinners in that courses will be served family-style, with each course paired with a wine from our Chaîne cellar.
