Our first event of 2015 was a prelude to Valentines Day, and to celebrate we enjoyed the French accents of La Regalade. Chef Alain Raye is a long time friend of La Chaine and is well used to turning out spectacular surprises from his tiny bistro kitchen. We were not disappointed as Consommé Royalé, Warm Beet Salad, Croustillant Salmon, Lamb rack Roti a la Provencale and Warm Chocolate tart made a steady procession from kitchen to table.
