Dear Chaine Members,

For the last several months, I have had the pleasure of working with western Canada’s only Grand Chef Relais & Chateaux restaurant. On Monday June 14, I would like to invite you to join me at dinner, in the intimate luxury of Lumière.

Executive Chef Dale MacKay presides over the legendary Lumière kitchen, sharing inspiration with and the direction of Chef/Proprietor Daniel Boulud

Chef MacKay and Sommelier and Maitre d’ Drew Walker will offer an extraordinary menu showcasing traditional Lumière favourites as well as gorgeous new flavours from the Spring 2010 Tasting and Grand Tasting Menus. As usual, our Conseillier Gastronomique, Bob Charlton, will ensure that each course is paired with delectable wines from the Chaine cellar.

This will be a great Chaine event! Attendance is limited so please make your reservations early! Reservations for members and escorts will be accepted until May 17th following which, we will open to guests.
