Ordre Mondial – A Vertical Wine Tasting Experience

On behalf of Vice-Echanson Clement Lau, I am delighted to invite you to join us for a very special Ordre Mondial event to take place at Blue Hat Bistro – a wine education and vertical wine tasting experience (with dinner) led by master wine educator and our newest Chaîne professional member Tim Ellison.

Our Conseiller Gastronomique Bob Charlton, in consultation with Tim, has gone into our Chaîne cellar and selected multiple vintages of specific wines from three different French winemakers forming the basis for an interesting and informative guided vertical wine tasting experience. Come discuss and discover the interesting and often subtle changes that naturally occur as wines age.

The wine tastings will be accompanied by a four-course dinner created expressly for our enjoyment by the chefs and students of the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts. Our thanks to PICA owner and Chaîne member Yves Potvin and his staff for facilitating this event. Seating is limited to book early. We look forward to seeing you there!
