Dear Members and Friends of la Chaîne in Vancouver,
“On October 6th the Chaine event takes on a “sporting tone” Our host will be Ryan Stone. Ryan was mentored by Scott Jaeger and rose quickly in the ranks of the Vancouver young super stars participating successfully in the Chaine Jeunes Chef Competition as well as the 2011 Bocuse d’Or. He made a significant impact on the sports scene as Executive Chef at B.C. Place and consultant to the Centerplate sports network. He has just been recruited for as the Executive Chef for the San Francisco 49ers football organization as they open their new stadium. this will be his final event in Vancouver and we of the Chaine wish him the best of luck.
Please join us for an unusual event on October 6 in the Executive suite at B.C. Place. The format for the afternoon will be “tail gating Chaine style” plan for a 4pm arrival, the food and wine would be grazing/reception style, We would keep the food grazing stations going until approximately 20 minutes into the start of the game, then switch to cheese & dessert, which would run until after halftime. Tickets for the Whitecaps game against Portland are included in your registration fee”
See you there – Steve Tredwell, Bailli
