We commence our exciting fall culinary season in style at one of downtown Vancouver’s finest restaurants – Yew Seafood + Bar at the elegant Four Seasons Hotel. This special event marks la Chaîne’s first opportunity to experience the fresh and exciting cuisine of Executive Chef Weimar Gomez, who came to Yew last fall. Originally from Colombia, Chef Gomez has worked in many of Europe and Asia’s most renowned dining establishments, now bringing his passion for food, his creativity and his depth of experience to Yew. The event will feature a five-course tasting dinner with wine pairings from the Chaîne cellar. See you there!
