A fun cooking class

Eva Jensen very kindly donated to our Chaîne Auction a cooking class for 4 couples. These pictures testifies to the wonderful fun times we had that evening. Truly memorable! Thank you Eva and also thank you Jannetta for having us join you in this group. Menu for the evening: Ratatouille, Sole en Papillote, Chiffonade d'Épinard, Pèche Cardinal with Sauce Cardinal and Crème Chantilly, Demitasse Not having had a cooking class for the last 20 years, it brought back so many memories for Eva.
