2026 Chaîne des Rôtisseurs AGM, Dinner & Auction

Chaîne members and friends are warmly invited to join us for our 2026 Vancouver Chaîne AGM, Dinner & Auction, which this year will take place in the iconic Stanley Park Pavilion Tea Room in Stanley Park. You may remember that we had planned to have our event there in 2020 when Covid abruptly shut us down. Happily, we’re back at this lovely Vancouver landmark venue. As ever, we have lots of great things in store for your enjoyment. Great food and wine and our ever-popular auction!

AGM – Please join us at 5:30 pm for a brief update on your Chaîne council’s efforts. Then, mix and mingle with your fellow Chaîne members and friends over fine wines and fabulous foods.

DINNER – We will begin with our traditional “sparkling” reception, complemented by a selection of canapés, followed by a buffet with action stations, which is being custom created for us by the Pavilion’s Executive Chef and his brigade. Our fine assortment of six wines has been selected by our Jim Connolly.

AUCTION – You’ll love our fun and exciting Chaîne Auction, the proceeds of which support our Bailliage and fund our scholarships for young chefs and sommeliers. My thanks to our many generous donors. Auction items include fine wines and spirits, wine accoutrements, vintage decanters, specialty items, gift baskets, gift certificates for restaurants and more. This is a great night out, so bring your family and friends! See you there!
