2026 The Bailli’s Picnic

Dear Chaîne Members and Friends,

Please join us in the garden of our North Vancouver home for our special Chaîne summer culinary celebration, The Bailli’s Picnic, which this year will again feature the exquisite cuisine of the award-winning Culinary Team Canada led by Maitre Rôtisseur Chef JC Felicella, along with Grand Maître Rôtisseur Chef Bruno Marti (who advises that he will be on hand to personally cook the fois gras!)

The evening will see you enjoy 8 amazing food stations featuring the very best of Culinary Team Canada’s always creative cooking. These will be peppered throughout the home and garden and will be accompanied by featured wines from Tantalus Vineyards. In addition, a representative from Tantalus will be on site to talk about the wines.
