Chinese Lunar New Year “Year of the Horse” Dinner

Dear Vancouver Chaîne Members and Friends,

Come join us for a truly authentic Chinese Lunar New Year dinner in the company of your fellow Chaîne members at CHUCILA Restaurant – the elegant establishment of our newest professional Vancouver Chaîne member Marco Yuen. The dinner will take place on Sunday, February 8, as we welcome the Year of the Horse with a custom curated 10-course dinner of exquisitely prepared dishes that capture the freshness, unique flavours, and infinite creativity of Chinese culinary culture.

Our Lunar New Year dinner will incorporate many of the special feast dishes that Chinese families enjoy at this most special time of year and will feature signature dishes for which  Chucila is famous, including suckling pig. Adding to our evening will be special wine pairings as selected by our own Jim Connolly.

We are indeed fortunate to have an opportunity to come together to experience a Chinese celebratory dinner. I am very excited about this first event of our 2026 culinary year and look forward to welcoming you.
