This year, Chaîne members everywhere will come to the table to celebrate the kaleidoscope of foods and flavours that define Brandon Grossutti the “tastes of the world.” One of the most exciting expressions of modern culinary taste is the “fusion” of East and West, and perhaps nowhere is this concept more adeptly and creatively expressed than at Vancouver’s Michelin award-winning PiDGin Restaurant.

Dame de la Chaîne Gale Liebert has long been a champion of owner Brandon Grossutti’s PiDGin, and in honour of World Chaîne Day she has personally worked with him to create a tasting menu with unique pairings that showcases the restaurant’s signature fusion of Asian and French cuisine.
