Please join us for a unique tasting experience of one of the world’s most exciting culinary traditions, the fusion cuisine of Peru, at SUYO Modern Peruvian Cuisine with our host Chef Ricardo Valverde.

Our Chaîne Intimate Dinner at Suyo, to be held in the restaurant’s private Nasca room, will feature an eight-course tasting menu that surveys the dishes and flavour profiles that have come to define Peruvian cooking. In a special departure from our usual dinners, the courses will be paired with seven carefully curated accompaniments that will include cocktails, sake, and wine.  

In recent years, Peru has become one of the world’s leading gastronomic destinations as people travel to experience the fusion of Inca cooking with Spanish and Asian influences. Peruvian-born Chef Valverde has long embraced the broad traditions of his homeland, all brilliantly expressed in his cuisine.
