The Bailli’s Picnic

Dear Chaîne Members and Friends,

Please join us in the garden of our North Vancouver home for our fun, relaxed Chaîne summer culinary get-together, the Bailli’s Picnic, which this year will feature a good old fashioned barbecue.

The team at “Smoke and Bones BBQ” will be on site to serve up authentic Southern-style barbecue…an assortment of delicious meats that have been low and slow roasted over hardwood fire and coals to deliver the mouthwatering taste distinctive to this form of cooking.

Our barbecued meats will be accompanied by classic complements, including fresh salads and homemade cornbread. Meanwhile, down in the cellar Jim Connolly has rounded up an awesome assortment of wines to complement the meal which will also feature a dessert befitting the menu – fresh apple pie and ice cream.
