The Holidays at Carlino

The “most wonderful time of the year” is coming – that special season when our Vancouver Chaîne family comes together to celebrate another year of great food, fine wine, happy gatherings, and warm friendship. This year, we are pleased to celebrate the holidays at one of Vancouver’s premier Italian restaurants – Carlino. ‍

Executive Chef Brian Fowke has graciously created an original menu especially for our group that features the freshest, locally sourced ingredients from across BC, prepared in the classic style of cooking from Northern Italy. Sommelier Laurent Yang has selected our pairings, which include a fine Barolo that our Jim Connolly has pulled from our Chaîne cellar.
