A truly exciting dining experience awaits as we prepare to enjoy an original multi-course dinner created expressly for the members of la Chaîne by our own award-winning Vice-Conseiller Culinaire Chef Warren Chow at Wildlight Kitchen + Bar.

Wildlight Kitchen + Bar specializes in West Coast modern cuisine – cuisine that embraces fresh seafood, ethically sourced meat, and seasonal ingredients creatively prepared by the locally grown talent of our own Chef Chow, who was born and raised in BC.

Chef’s multi-course dinner will be accompanied by perfect wine pairings as selected by Wildlight’s wine director, Mike Cooke, with an additional wine from our own Chaîne cellar.

Last year, our Bailliage was thrilled when Chef Chow agreed to accept the position of Vice-Conseiller Culinaire in Vancouver. He has deep roots in la Chaîne. He was mentored by Chefs Bruno Marti and Scott Jaeger, participated in the Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs, is a past member of Chef JC Felicella’s Culinary Team BC, was on the team that won the gold medal at the 2022 ExpoGast Culinary World Cup, and is the recipient of the Michelin Young Chef Award in 2023.
