Wine & Food Experience at California Cult Classics

Please join me and our host Frank Gigliotti on Tuesday, September 29th for a very special food and wine experience – an experience to be found nowhere else! 

Our Chaîne Intimate dinner will take place among the oak barrels at California Cult Classics (CCC) winery in North Vancouver and will showcase a selection of CCC’s world-class California-inspired wines paired with a four-course dinner created by our own Chef Warren Chow. 

‍California Cult Classics winery is the creation of Renaissance man Frank Gigliotti. Frank’s astonishing career has included studio drummer and guitarist during the heyday of Vancouver’s music production scene, Western Canada rep for Columbia Records, president of the BC Lions and founder of Vancouver’s most exciting U-vin winery – California Cult Classics. For the past 20 years Frank has imported grapes from some of the most renowned vineyards in Napa, shipped them to Vancouver, and produced wines that routinely rival some of the best in the category in blind tastings. Now you will have an opportunity to sample these amazing wines, too. 

‍This dinner will feature: 

• Champagne and canapé reception 
• Four of California Cult Classics’ top wines, each paired with one of Chef Chow’s four curated courses
• One “Temperanillo” that Frank and Morgan will serve directly from the barrel for the very first time
• A tasting of an early CCC wine courtesy of our own Bob Charlton who was an early devotee of CCC
• And an opportunity to sample a wider selection of wines at a tasting table after the dinner.
