WSET Level 1 Course for Chaîne & OM Members

Conseiller Gastronomique Jim Connolly and Chaîne professional member and wine educator Tim Ellison have put together a custom

WINE & SPIRIT EDUCATION TRUST (WSET) Level 1 program expressly for our Vancouver Chaîne and OM members. (WSET is the gold standard in wine/spirit education in the world with 4 progressive levels of study – LEVEL 1 being the beginner course.)

Come join us as we come together to expand our knowledge and appreciation of fine wines in the company of our fellow Chaîne members.

Date: Sunday,September 29^th
Time: 10:30 am- 3:30 pm

Cost: $395 per person

The above all-in cost includes all WSET course materials, wine tastings and food pairings, light lunch and final WSET certification.

What does the Chaîne’s WSET Level 1course involve:

• Registered participants will receive WSET Level 1 course materials in advance to allow for some preparatory study.

• Course day will involve the integration of the written course material with a range of wine tastings, food pairings and informed discussions.

• The course will be led by Chaîne professional member and wine educator Tim Ellison who is generously donating his time.

• Upon completion of the course, you will receive a formal WSET 1 certificate.
