Our Chaîne WSET Reunion—cheerfully called “continuing education”—brought members together on September 15 at LaSalle College for an engaging evening of reconnection, learning, and conviviality. The event reunited fellow students from the Chaîne WSET Level 1 and 2 programs in a warm and enthusiastic setting, where the pleasure of seeing familiar faces again was matched by the excitement of returning to the world of wine study.
Guided by Tim Ellison, guests refined their wine tasting skills through the Systematic Approach to Tasting from the Level 3 program while exploring a thoughtfully curated selection of Bordeaux wines. Inspired food pairings rounded out the experience beautifully, proving once again that wine education is at its finest when shared around the table. True to form, the evening concluded with more wine, more conversation, and more fun, leaving attendees both enriched and delighted.
