Kaesta Mcfee is a seasoned Canadian chef with over 30 years of international culinary experience, working in prestigious kitchens across Canada, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates. Born in Trinidad and partly raised in Canada, Mcfee began his culinary journey in Ontario, where he developed a solid foundation in fine dining and hotel kitchens. Early in his career, he gained extensive experience in diverse global cuisines, large-scale kitchen operations, and high-volume service environments.

In the UAE, Mcfee held senior roles including Executive Chef and Cluster Executive Chef, leading teams of over 80 culinary professionals and managing multiple dining venues, banquet services, and catering operations simultaneously. In these positions, he was responsible for menu development, quality assurance, staff mentorship, and ensuring compliance with rigorous brand and operational standards.

For the past four years, Mcfee has brought his expertise to the Royal Vancouver Yacht Club. Initially joining as Executive Chef, he now serves as Director of Food and Beverage, overseeing strategic operations, enhancing guest experiences, and leading a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service to members and guests.

Throughout his career, Mcfee has emphasized menu innovation, operational excellence, and team development, adapting his skills across cultures and high-volume environments. His extensive international background and dedication to culinary excellence have made him a highly respected leader in global hospitality and fine dining operations.
